Inspired by my trip to Turkey I created this Hamsa print. The Hand of Fatima is a symbol of protection and good fortune that connects several cultures and religions, including the Islam and Judaism.

Upwards it symbolizes luck, it will bring you good fortune and work like a lucky charm.

Downwards it means protection which we all need.

And on top of that my mum's name is Fatima which is a common name in Portuguese speaking and arabic countries. Our similarities bring us to common ground while our differences make us travel.
